Madelyn Shafer
KEOTA-Madelyn Shafer, 80, of Bettendorf, died Monday, April 14, 2003, at Iowa Masonic Health Facilities in Bettendorf.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, at United Church of Faith in Keota. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday, at the church. Memorials may be directed to Shriner's Hospital for Children.
