Margaret Izetta Gillispie

Margaret Izetta Gillispie, 63, of Mt. Pleasant, went to be with her Lord on July 7, 2006, after a courageous battle with cancer. She accepted Jesus and was baptized by her son on February 19, 2006. She died peacefully in her sleep at the New London Nursing and Rehab Center with her family at her bedside.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 10, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. New London Christian Church. Rev Rod Cooper will officiate. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. Friends may call after 3 p.m. on Sunday July 9th at the Beatty-Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant where the family will be present from 6-8 p.m. A memorial has been established to the Henry County Hospice of Central Iowa.
