Margaret 'Tootie' White

Margaret "Tootie" White, age 60, of Keota, died Saturday, September 23, 2017, at her home.

Memorial visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at Powell Funeral Home in Keota. There will be no service.

A memorial fund has been established for Chiari malformation research. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is caring for Tootie and her family. Tributes may be made at www.powellfuneralhomes.com.

Tootie was born January 7, 1957, in Washington, to Felix and Susie (Waters) Dougall and graduated from Washington High School in 1975. On July 19, 1991, she married Randy White at St. James Catholic Church in Washington. Following marriage they lived in Keota and later divorced, although they remained friends and still lived together. Tootie enjoyed doing crafts, rides in the country, her dogs and camping.

Survivors include her son, Remington White of Keota; life partner, Randy White of Keota; and one brother. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers
