Marguerite M. 'Dete' Musgrove

      Marguerite M. "Dete" Musgrove, 86, of Washington, died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, in the Washington Care Center following a lengthy illness.

      Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Fred Bickhart officiating. Interment will be in Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday in the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Washington County.

      Mrs. Musgrove was born Dec. 3, 1921 in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of James Warren and Dolly Dorothy (Baker) Shafer. She married Ray W. Musgrove on April 2, 1939 in Washington.
