Marian L. Hammes
KEOTA - Marian L. Hammes, 72, of Keota died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2000, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.
A Mass of the Resurrection will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, at Holy Trinity Parish - St. Mary Catholic Church in Keota with the Rev. Timothy Regan officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Keota. A general memorial fund has been established.
Visitation began at 2 p.m. this afternoon at Powell Funeral Home in Keota and will continue until 8 p.m. this evening. There will be a prayer service at 7 p.m., immediately followed by a rosary service.
