Marie Bergstrom
WINFIELD-Marie Bergstrom, 97, of Swedesburg, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2003, at Sunrise Terrace Care Center in Winfield.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, Nov. 17, at 10:30 a.m., at Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Philip Borleske officiating. The body has been cremated. A private family interment will be held prior to the service, at Swedesburg Church Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Swedesburg Lutheran Church or the Swedish Heritage Society. Honts Funeral Home in Winfield is in charge of arrangements.
Miss Bergstrom was born on July 25, 1906, in Warren County, Ill., near Galesburg, to Emery and Lillie (Peterson) Bergstrom.
