Marie Caroline Zuehlke

      Marie Caroline Zuehlke, 89, of Eldon, died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa.

      A celebration of Mrs. Zuehlke's life will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Eldon United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Bob Dvorak officiating. Interment will follow at Eldon Cemetery in Eldon.

      Open visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at Kremer Funeral Home in Eldon, with family visitation from 6-8 p.m.

      Memorials may be directed to Eldon United Methodist Church.

      Mrs. Zuehlke was born Dec. 8, 1918, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Charles C. and Jennie Bowers Booth. She married Walter W. Zuehlke May 14, 1944, at Mount Zion Church in Jefferson County. He died Jan. 20, 1998.
