Marilyn Jane Hamrick

      KALONA - Marilyn Jane Hamrick, 67, of Kalona died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2007 in her home from complications of leukemia.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 23 in the Kalona Christian Fellowship Church in Kalona with the Rev. Cloy Roth officiating. Burial will be in Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Yoder-Powell Funeral Home in Kalona, where the family will greet friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Leukemia Foundation.

      Mrs. Hamrick was born June 11, 1940 in Corry, Pa., the daughter of Sterling and Zola (Klopfenstein) Rediger. She married Dale Hamrick on June 11, 1971 in Des Moines.
