Mark E Neff was born December 21, 1949 in Washington, Iowa, the son of Harold & Vivian Leora (Zear) Neff. He graduated from Sigourney High School and attended Morning Side College. On August 21, 1988 Mark was united in marriage to Linda Sue Seaba in Hayesville, Iowa. They moved to Keota in 1993. He worked as a machinist for Modine for many years. Mark was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Washington. He enjoyed watching antique tractor shows and cartoons with his grandchildren, tinkering, lawn mowers and playing cards. Mark died on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney at the age of 69 years.

He is survived by his wife Linda; two children Kenny (Kayla) Neff and Sarah (Nathan) Greiner all of Keota; and four grandchildren McKenna, Bailey, Covert and Kameron. He was preceded in death by his parents; step mom Mabel Neff; two infant sisters and an Uncle Lyle Zear.

Celebration of Life Service will be held 9:30 am on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Faith Baptist Church in Washington. Burial will follow at the Cottonwood Cemetery near Wayland.
