Marland J. Shetler
KALONA - Marland J. Shetler, 71, of Kalona, died Tuesday, May 21, 2002, at his home, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 24, at Kalona Mennonite Church, with the Rev. Michael Litwiller, the Rev. Scott Swartzendruber and the Rev. Mick Murray officiating. Burial will be in Sharon Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. Thursday at Yoder-Powell Funeral Home in Kalona where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon, as well as from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m.. A memorial fund has been established for the Kalona Mennonite Bible School program.
