Marty was born in Mount Pleasant to Roy and Anna Millspaugh. She moved to Stevens Point, Wis., in 1972, where she resided until her retirement.
Marty lost her battle with COVID-19 on Dec. 12, 2020, in Port Charlotte, Fla., where she and her late husband John resided.
She was proud of her Kingsgate community and very active with golf, bridge, and volunteering at her church.
Marty is survived by a brother, Mark; her three daughters, Peggy Ann, Lu Anne and Lori Ann; and three stepdaughters, Jan, Mia and Donna.
A funeral and celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. June 25 at Forest Home Cemetery Chapel.
