Martin J. Dvorak
KALONA - Martin J. Dvorak, 86, of Hills, died Friday, Aug. 27, 2004, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with the Rev. Judy Gingerich officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Grove Cemetery in Ely. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to Hills First Responders or Hills Volunteer Fire Department.
Mr. Dvorak was born Oct. 11, 1917, the son of Wesley and Tillie (Kremenak) Dvorak in Ely. He married Daisy Price.
