Mary Ann Knepp
KALONA - Mary Ann Knepp, 100, of Wellman, formerly of Kalona, died Sunday, Dec. 18, 2005, at Parkview Manor in Wellman, following a lengthy illness.
Celebration of Life services will begin at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 29, at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with the Rev. Jay Miiller officiating. Burial will be in East Union Cemetery in rural Kalona. Visitation will be Wednesday, Dec. 28 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. A memorial has been established for East Union Mennonite Church.
Mrs. Knepp was born Feb. 24, 1905, to George and Lizzie (Hershberger) Rhodes in rural Kalona. She married John Knepp on March 6, 1927, in rural Kalona.
