Mary Bess Standley Hamburg
Mary Bess Standley Hamburg, 87, of Davenport, died Sunday, Oct. 5, 2008, at Genesis West Medical Center.
A funeral was held Oct. 8 at Runge Mortuary in Davenport. Burial was in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.
A memorial has been established to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Davenport.
Mrs. Hamburg was born April 19, 1921, in Van Buren County, the daughter of William and Mabel Trueblood Standley. She married Buford Hamburg Feb. 28, 1940, in Davenport. He preceded her in death.
