Mary Cecil Harris Smith
Mary Cecil Harris Smith, 93, of Danville, died at 3:45 a.m. Monday, Aug. 20, 2001, at West Point Care Center in West Point.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 23 at Elliott Chapel in New London with the Rev. Consorcia Sanchez officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. Visitation will be after noon on Wednesday, Aug. 22 at the funeral home with family present from 6 to 7:30 p.m. A memorial has been established to Alzheimer's Treatment and Research and to the Danville Public Library.
