Mary Eleanor McPherson

      Mary Eleanor McPherson, 100, of 3000 W. Madison Ave., died at 10:20 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, 2007, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

      A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church in Fairfield, with the Rev. Robert Koepcke officiating. Interment will be at Resthaven Park Cemetery in West Des Moines.

      Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

      A memorial has been established to First Presbyterian Church.

      Ms. McPherson was born June 7, 1907, on a farm north of Des Moines, the daughter of W.G. and Lilia Bishop McPherson.
