Mary Elizabeth Davis April 18, 1915 - June 23, 2003

Mary Elizabeth Davis, 88, of Fairfield died Monday, June 23, 2003 at the Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

      Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, June 27 at the Stockport United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Renken officiating. Burial will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Birmingham. A family visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 26 at the Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

      Survivors include her husband, Maurice; one son, Stanley Davis and his wife Verda of Fairfield; on daughter, Marilyn Strothman and her husband Fred of New London; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

      She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Mildred Kelly; and one grandson.

      In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to an Alzheimer fund or Stockport United Methodist Church or the Stockport First Responders.
