Mary Ellen Buck
DES MOINES - Mary Ellen Buck, 85, of Des Moines, and formerly of the Washington area, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2001, at Kavanagh House in Des Moines, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, at Dunn's Funeral Home in Des Moines. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, at Ames Municipal Cemetery in Ames. Visitation will be held this evening at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Central Iowa or Kavanagh House.
