BRIGHTON ? Mary Emma Shelangoski, 96, formerly of Brighton, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, in McCreedy Home in Washington.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 3, at St. Joseph Catholic Church at East Pleasant Plain. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Open visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday at Gould Funeral Home in Brighton. Visitation with the family will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church, followed by Prayers for a Christian Wake beginning at 7 p.m. at the church. Memorials may be made for St. Joseph Cemetery or St. James Church, and may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 5050 S. Lafontaine Ave., Springfield, MO 65810.
