Mary Evelyn Newell
COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Mary Evelyn Newell, 88, of Columbus Junction, died Friday, Oct. 22, 2004, at Colonial Manor Care Center in Columbus Junction.
Funeral services were held this morning at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction, with the Rev. Kyle Soukup officiating. Burial was in Indian Creek Cemetery.
Mrs. Newell was born March 16, 1916, in Letts, to Edgar and Mary E. (Bryant) West. On July 11, 1933, she married Lewis Newell in Illinois.
