Mary Feeney May 1,1941 - May 22, 2005

Mary Hillard Nicholson Feeney, 64, of Winfield, died at 5 p.m. Sunday, May 22, 2005, at her home.

      The private burial service will be in Trinity Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, with Pastor Chuck Visser officiating. A memorial has been established to Hospice of Washington County and may be sent to Tracy Nicholson, 307 N. Olive, Winfield IA 52659. Elliott Chapel of New London is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her husband; five sons, Stephen and his wife Anita Nicholson of Winter Haven, Fla., Clinton Nicholson and Sean Feeney, both of St. Joseph, Mo., Tracy and his wife Traci Nicholson of Winfield, and Brett Nicholson of Las Vegas, Nev.; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a sister, Roberta and her husband Dwight Ball of New London, two brothers, Ben and his wife Pamela Hillard of Seattle, Wash., and Marvin Hillard of Phoenix, Ariz.; and a stepson, Mark Feeney of Sulphur Springs, La.

      In addition to her first husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Shirley Benge.
