Mary J. McLearn June 24, 1904 - July 10, 2005

Mary J. McLearn, 101, of Montrose, died Sunday, July 10, 2005, at Montrose Health Center.

      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 13 at Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, with Pastor Mike Shea officiating. Cremation will follow and burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday, July 13 at the memorial home. A memorial has been established to the Montrose Volunteer Fire Department.

      Survivors include a son, Larry McLearn of Fort Madison; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Kenneth Cale of Dallas City, Ill.

      In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, three brothers and three sisters.
