Mary Jo Wade

        KALONA ? Mary Jo Wade, 84, of Richmond, died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, in Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a brief illness.

    Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Richmond with the Rev. Rich Adam officiating.  Burial will be in the Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with a prayer service at 7 p.m.  A memorial fund has been established for the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

    Mrs. Wade was born June 11, 1925, in Williamsburg, the daughter of Daniel M. and Josephine (Kelly) Driscoll.  She married Gerald Wade on Nov. 4, 1947, in Williamsburg.
