Mary Lou Stufflebeam July 31, 1927 - March 6, 2004
Mary Lou Stufflebeam, 76, of rural Bloomfield, died on Saturday, March 6, 2004, at her home.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9 at the Henkenius-Priester Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jim Wakelin officiating. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Bloomfield. Visitation began at 9 a.m. today until 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home, with family present from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorials have been established to the Bloomfield Senior Citizen Center, Hospice and Friends of the Bloomfield Public Library.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathy Hartwick of Bloomfield, and Marsha Miller of Montrose, Colo.; adopted daughter Jutta Sutter of Epstein, Germany; two sons, Denny Lee Stufflebeam of Phoenix, and Dick Stufflebeam of Sparks, Nev.; six grandchildren; four sisters, Wilma Kuhns and Wanda Magel, both of Danville, Ruth Soergel of Fairborn, Ohio, and Bonnie Clyman of Bloomfield; and two brothers, Dan Kelley of Danville, and Marvin Kelley of Grinnell.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
