Mary Faye Lough, 53, of Washington, died Dec. 12, 2020, at the University of

Mary was born June 2, 1967, in Shreveport, La., the daughter of James and Loretta Neitherland. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, journaling and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Tasha (Rob) Hesseltine of Washington, Iowa, Justin Lough of Galesburg, Ill., Leanna Lough of Washington, Iowa, and Mackenzie Neitherland-Carder of Ottumwa, Iowa; grandchildren, Adryanna, Payton, Echo and Kaleb; mother, Loretta Neitherland of Washington, Iowa; sister, Becky Waltmen of Washington, Iowa; brother, James Neitherland Sr. of Bettendorf, Iowa; favorite sidekick niece, Amy Sanchez of Williamsburg, Iowa; and other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, two children, nephews and aunts.
