Maurice J. Stone
WATERVILLE, Kan.-Maurice J. Stone, 85, of Waterville, Kan., died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003, at Blue Valley Nursing Home in Blue Rapids, Kan.
Funeral services have been held in Kansas. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery in Waterville, Kan. Terry Chapel and Funeral Home in Waterville, Kan., is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Stone was born on march 3, 1918, in Wayland, to Thomas and Helen (Funk) Stone. He was raised by foster parents Joseph and Elizabeth Wittmer. He married Betty Burt of Ainsworth on March 9, 1946, in Fairfield.
