Max D. Hill
Max D. Hill, 83, of Washington, died Monday, Jan. 5, 2004, at Washington County Hospital in Washington.
Funeral services have been set for 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 9, at First Lutheran Church in Fairfield, with the Rev. Hoyt Whitebread officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will begin at noon on Thursday at Beatty Funeral Home in Washington, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be directed to First Lutheran Church or the American Heart Association.
Mr. Hill was born on April 18, 1920, near Trenton, to John W. and Bertha (Christner) Hill. On Feb. 28, 1942, he married Mildred Graf in Kahoka, Mo.
