Max H. Baese
Max H. Baese, 83, of Lockridge, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, at the Veterans Medical Center in Iowa City, after a battle with lung cancer.
He has donated his body to The University of Iowa College of Medicine. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

He was born Aug. 20, 1925, in Washington County, the son of Joe and Mable Wieneke Boese. On Aug. 12, 1951, he married Elaine Shelman south of Lockridge.
