Max Milton Cook
Max Milton Cook, 52, of Douds, died Monday, Feb. 12, 2001, at the Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 16, at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction, with the Rev. David Seelye officiating. Burial will be in the Columbus City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established.
