Maybelle Margret Malik Edwards, 100, died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, in the McCreedy Home in Washington.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, at the Beatty Funeral Home Chapel in Washington with the Rev. Jim Stiles of the United Methodist Church officiating. A brief graveside service will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be from noon until 5 p.m. Wednesday, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home. A general memorial has been established.
