Maynard Eugene Schneider
IOWA CITY - Maynard Eugene Schneider, 80, of Iowa City, died at his home, Sunday, March 13, 2005.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, March 16, 2005, at 11 a.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with the Rev. Rudolph Juarez officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Iowa City, with military rites accorded. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service where a Parish Rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. Memorials may be directed to Iowa City Hospice.
Mr. Schneider was born in Riverside on July 13, 1924, to Peter and Agnes (Streb) Schneider. He married Mary Agnes Duffey in Lone Tree on June 17, 1947.
