Megan Marie Reid, 29, passed away May 19, 2020, at the University of Iowa Hospital & Clinics in Iowa City.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Megan was born July 1, 1990, to Scott and Linda (Schlarbaum) Reid in Keosauqua, Iowa.

Megan graduated from Keosauqua High School and continued her education by receiving a master's degree from Buena Vista College, Magna Cum Laude. She had worked in sales as a representative for different companies. Megan most recently was employed by Premium Retail Services. Megan enjoyed outdoor activities by walking the creeks, collecting rocks and arrow heads. Most important to Megan was spending time with her kids and family.

Left to share Megan's memories are her children, Grace Marie Maynard and Ruby Lynn Maynard; her parents, Scott and Linda Reid; siblings, Courtney Wagner and Brody Reid; grandparents, Joyce and Leroy Carey, Patricia Reid, Charles and Ann Reid and Larry and Julie Schlarbaum; two nieces; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Megan was preceded in death by her grandfather, aunt and cousin.
