Melany T. Kozak
Melany T. Kozak, 15, of New London, died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2006, at Henry County Health Center.
The service will be held at Elliott Chapel, Saturday, Feb. 4, at 11 a.m., with Pastor Rick Latta officiating. Burial of the cremains will be at a later date.
Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 3, from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Elliott Chapel. A memorial has been established.
Born April 9, 1990, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Amie Therese Kozak.
