Melba Nixon, 66, of Bloomfield, formerly of Fairfield, died Monday, July 23, 2007, at Davis Center in Davis County.
A service will be held at a later date. The body has been cremated.

Mrs. Nixon was born Nov. 1, 1940, the daughter of Vern and Mary Ann Nixon.
