Melvin W. Scarff April 17, 1925 - December 10, 2003
Melvin W. Scarff, 78, of Mt. Pleasant, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003 at the Univeristy of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 15 at the Richwood Cemetery with the Rev. Nick Adam officiating. Memorials have been established to the St. Alphonsus Building Fund, of which he was a committee member. There will be no visitation. Beatty Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include one brother Marvin and his wife Lois Scarff of Mt. Pleasant.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
