Merlin D. Harryman

      Merlin D. Harryman, 67, of rural Douds, died at 12:49 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, 2008, at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

      A memorial service will be held at a later date. The body has been cremated.

      A memorial has been established to Christ United Methodist Church. Condolences and memorials may be sent to Mrs. Marilyn Harryman, 27807 Urus Ave., Pulaski 52584.

      Arrangements are in the care of Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds.

      Mr. Harryman was born July 18, 1941, in Ottumwa, the son of Harold E. and Ethel Young Harryman. He married Marilyn J. Burns April 18, 1965, at Milton Grace United Methodist Church.
