Michael Albert Warren

      Michael Albert Warren, 60, of Iowa City, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2007, following a sudden illness, at his home.

      Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the Marion Avenue Baptist Church in Washington, with the Rev. Larry Brown officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington, with military honors conducted by Washington American Legion Post No. 29. Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established for Marion Avenue Baptist Church's new building project.

      Mr. Warren was born April 15, 1947, in Rochester, N.Y., to Joseph and Katherine Warren. He married Patricia Gardner on Jan. 17, 1992, in Rochester, N.Y.
