Michael J. Rine

      BATAVIA - Michael J. Rine, 59, of 1035 220th St., died May 15, 2006 at home.

      He was born November 17, 1946 in Harrisburg, PA to Raymond and Hilda Hackenbush Rine. He married Jeanie Murphy June 27, 1993 in Fort Pierce, FL.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Raphael-Nakos officiating. Military services will be conducted by O.B. Nelson Post #3 American Legion and Walter B. Schafer Post #775 Veterans of Foreign Wars.

      Burial will be in Christie Cemetery near Mt. Sterling.

      Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Thursday. A Masonic service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday followed by family visitation until 8 p.m.

      A memorial has been established to Batavia United Methodist Church.
