Mildred A. Young
Mildred Adelaide Young, 93, of Mt. Pleasant, died Tuesday, May 20, at Park Place Long Term Care Unit in Mt. Pleasant.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Friday, May 23, at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Pleasant. A funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev. Robert David officiating. Burial will be at Forest Home Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for Park Place Long Term Care Unit.
She was born Aug. 12, 1914, in Henry County, the daughter of John and Clara Vickstrom Johnson. On July 7, 1934, she married Robert L. Young in Mt. Pleasant.
