Mildred E. Bailey
WELLMAN - Mildred Eileen Bailey, 86, of Wellman, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2000, at Parkview Manor in Wellman following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, at the First Baptist Church in Wellman, with the Rev. Gene Carpenter officiating. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A memorial fund has been established for the First Baptist Church in Wellman and the Parkview Manor Chaplaincy Program.
