Mildred E. Overlander

      Mildred E. Overlander, 86, of Fairfield, died at 8 a.m. Monday, March 17, 2008, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

      A service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Stockport United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Michael Renken officiating. Burial will be in Spencer Cemetery in rural Stockport.

      Open visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with family present from 7-8 p.m.

      Memorials to Stockport United Methodist Church or Spencer Cemetery may be left at the funeral home or church or may be mailed to the family at 28649 130th St., Stockport 52651.

      Mrs. Overlander was born Dec. 16, 1921, in Toulon, Ill., the daughter of Jesse and Faye Filson Headley. She married Henry H. Overlander Sept. 16, 1939, in Mount Pleasant. He died March 30, 2003.
