Mildred Elaine ?Millie? Palmer, 77, of Washington, died Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012, in Halcyon House in Washington.
A celebration of life will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Fred Bickhart officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be from noon until 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where the family will greet friends from 4 to 6 p.m. A general memorial fund has been established.
