Milo Bolton 'Spud' Rice
Milo Bolton "Spud" Rice, 94, of Danville, died at 2:50 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, 2002, at the Danville Care Center in Danville.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2 at Elliott Chapel in New London, with the Rev. Harry Hollingsworth officiating. Burial will be in Jaggar Cemetery in Danville. Visitation will be after noon on Friday, Nov. 1 at the funeral home, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established to the Milo B. and Martha Rice Endowment Scholarship Fund.
