Milo W. Steele

      Milo W. Steele, 86, of Washington, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008, in the Washington County Hospital following a short illness.

      Funeral services have been set for 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, in the Washington United Methodist Church with the Rev. Julie Poulsen officiating. Burial with full military rites will be in the Elm Grove cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon Friday in the Beatty Funeral home in Washington, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Shrine Children's Hospital or the Scottish Rite.

      Mr. Steele was born June 20, 1922, in Riverside, the son of Milo W. Sr. and Doris Ione (Wilcox) Steele. He married Maxine Marshall on June 15, 1945 in San Diego, Calif.
