Milo W. Steele, Jr.

Milo W. Steele, Jr., 86, of Washington, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, at the Washington County Hospital following a short illness.

Visitation will begin at noon Friday, Oct. 17, at Beatty Funeral Home in Washington, with family present from 5 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, at the Washington United Methodist Church with Pastor Julie Poulsen officiating. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery, with full military rites.

Memorials have been established for the Shrine Children's Hospital and the Scottish Rite.

He was born June 20, 1922, in Riverside, the son of Milo and Doris Wilcox Steele. On June 15, 1945, he married Maxine Marshall in San Diego, Calif.
