Minnie Fern Peterson
MT. PLEASANT - Minnie Fern Peterson, 88, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of Wayland, died Monday, Feb. 20, 2006, at Park Place Long Term Care Unit in Mt. Pleasant.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m., Thursday at Olson-Powell Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeff Crawford officiating. Visitation will begin after noon Wednesday at Olson-Powell Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 that evening. Burial will be in the North Hill Cemetery, north of Wayland. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Central Iowa and the Alzheimer's Foundation.
