Miriam 'Mim' Scalise
Miriam "Mim" Scalise, 62, of Donnellson, died at 5:45 p.m., Friday, January 6, 2006, at her home.
The funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 9 at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Donnellson, with Brother Bill Hauser officiating. Gravesite services were held at 1:30 p.m. at the Colfax Cemetery in Colfax. Visitation was Sunday, Jan. 8 at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Lee County Hospice.
Mrs. Scalise was born March 3, 1943, in Marshalltown, to Jesse and Velma Plumb Halverson.
