Myrtle Rose Ella Hendricks

Myrtle Rose Ella Hendricks, 88, of Bonaparte, died at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at Park Place Long Term Care Unit in Mount Pleasant.

A celebration of life service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Bonaparte United Church, with the Rev. Paul Rekward officiating. Private burial will be in Bonaparte Cemetery.

Memorials to Bonaparte Fire Department or Bonaparte United Church may be left at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua or the church or may be mailed to the family at PO Box 173, Bonaparte 52620.

Mrs. Hendricks was born Aug. 5, 1920, in Harvard, Ill., the daughter of Ben Hopkins and Rose Severing Hunt. She married David Stanley Hendricks Oct. 21, 1938, in McAllister, Mont.
