Nancy Ann Hawbaker

      Nancy Ann Hawbaker, 71, of Hillsboro, Iowa died at 7:25 PM on April 9, 2008 at her home in the company of her three sons.

       Born August 9, 1936 in rural Henry County, she was the daughter of James "Mac" and Lola "Babe" (Harlan) Dodds.

       Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at the Hillsboro Christian Church. Burial will be in the Hillsboro Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. on Monday, April 14th at the Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant where the family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A light lunch will be served following the service at the Hillsboro Community Center.

       Memorials have been established for the Hillsboro Library and the Middle Eastern Children's Alliance.
