Nancy Leathers went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2020, at Metropolitan Hospital in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 62.

She was born in Fairfield, Iowa, on March 24, 1958, to Ron and Betty Prill. She married Jerry Leathers of Fairfield on May 3, 1975. They spent their years together in Fairfield and Stockport, Iowa, and San Antonio, Texas.

For those who knew her, you knew she loved the Lord and would pray for you if you were in need. She enjoyed decorating, antiquing, movies and spending time with family.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jerry Leathers; two daughters, Celeste Smith and Chyloe Galvan; six grandkids; and younger sister, Linda Mench, in addition to numerous friends and family who loved her very much.

Cremation will take place at Neptune Society in San Antonio. No funeral service will be held per her wishes. Please no cards or condolences, just remember great times and relive joyful memories.
